Nomination: Must be a government official with an official government nomination.
Age: Preferably under 40 years old.
Health: Good mental and physical health is required for the program duration. Applicants with disabilities in good health are eligible; severe illness is not.
Education & Experience:
Master’s: Bachelor’s degree, ideally 2+ years relevant experience.
Doctoral: Master’s degree, ideally 3+ years of experience post-KOICA Master’s (if applicable). Some programs have specific criteria.
English: Strong speaking and writing skills are needed for the English-taught program.
