It is a Fully Funded two-year master’s degree scholarship to be completed in a low—or middle-income Commonwealth country. This scholarship is a life-changing opportunity because it is Fully Funded and covers all expenses. Secondly, it is for those committed to creating change in their communities. There is no application fee to apply for the QECS 2025. Different Universities from Low and Middle-income commonwealth countries are participating in this cycle.
