Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Self-identify as Black, Asian Pacific Islander, Native American, or female
- Enroll at Los Angeles Trade-Technical College for the fall 2024 semester
- Enroll in the Powerline Mechanic Certificate Program
- Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Be eligible to work in the United States
- Hold a valid driver’s license and be eligible to obtain a Class A license (applicants must be 18 years of age)
- Military veterans are highly encouraged to apply, with preference given to California residents
