Applicants must be citizens of any African country, aged 21-35, and enrolled in the final year of their undergraduate or postgraduate studies at an African university. They should demonstrate financial need, requiring support to complete their final year tuition fees, and maintain a strong academic record with at least 70% in their current and previous years of study. The scholarship prioritizes young women and youth from marginalized populations.
